We pray this finds you well! We're reaching out to you for your input and wisdom.
Each week, we are so incredibly blessed to welcome more and more children on Sunday mornings at the Woodstock Arts Theatre. With this blessing comes a difficulty: overcrowding in our Kid’s ministry spaces means we can’t care for the next generation, their families, or our volunteers with the type of attention that matches our convictions.
Additionally, each new quarter, we’ve seen our services grow in attendance! What a massive blessing that our worshipping body is growing. But an added difficulty is that as our services reach a tipping point regarding our available space, especially by the holidays, we won’t be able to welcome the neighbors and newcomers that God is bringing to us.
For all these reasons, and because we desire to be a caring community that welcomes well, we are wrestling with whether moving to three 1-hour long services will enable us to create the space needed.
