We want to move through the Holidays believing that it is better to Give than to Receive.  It is a season of Giving Generously.
There are different ways to give and unlimited ways to make a difference.
During the first two weeks of November, we are collecting care packages for the homeless in Cherokee County.  We recommend placing items in a 1 Gallon Ziplock bag and dropping the bags off at the office or at the Sunday Service. These simple care packages can make a huge difference.

-Items May Include-
Water Bottle // Granola Bar // Crackers // Peanut Butter // Mints // Tuna Packs // Alcohol Wipes // Hand Sanitizer // Toiletries // Detergent // Socks // Feminine Hygiene Products

In the final two weeks of November, we are asking the Sojourn family to give a love offering to build wells in rural Africa. Two thousand children die every day in Sub-Sarahan Africa due to contaminated drinking water. $450 is all it takes to drill a water well that will change the lives of an entire village forever.

Look for the 5-gallon water bottles at the Nov. 20 and Nov. 27 services and help us fill them up as we give to make a difference in rural Africa.

If giving with a check, please make your check out to 'Sojourn Woodstock' and put 'wells' in the memo line.

We capture the first three Sundays of December to collect Christmas gifts for Woodstock families in need.

Each year we partner with Woodstock Elementary to make an impact on families in our community. Christmas wish items will be available at each Service on Sunday, Dec. 4 and 12.

Please take an item from the angel tree and go shopping for the child in need. This is a great thing to get the whole family involved in.

All gifts must be in by Sunday, December 18th.
